 Return Policy

We accept order cancellations before shipment or production. If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a full refund. Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

 Returns (If Applicable)

We accept returns of merchandise. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the same packaging as received. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs only once (including return shipping). No restocking fees will be charged to consumers for returned items.

 Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send an email notification confirming receipt of the return. We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours. After processing, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, we will immediately initiate the refund process. Refunds are typically automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 5 business days.

 Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please double-check your bank account.

Next, contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to appear. Then, reach out to your bank, as there is usually a processing period before refunds are credited.
