 Shipping Policy

93

We understand your eagerness for the delivery of goods after placing an order. To ensure transparency and a smooth shopping experience, please carefully read our shipping policy. This policy details the order processing flow, estimated shipping time, and the estimated delivery time range of packages after you place an order.

 1. Order Processing Time

Definition: Order processing time refers to the period from when you successfully place an order and complete payment (funds have been cleared) to when we hand over the package to a logistics carrier (such as a courier company). This period encompasses operations such as order review, picking, packaging, and printing waybills.

 Our Commitments:

Standard Orders: For standard products in stock, we commit to completing order processing and arranging shipment within 15 working days (working days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and legal holidays in Hong Kong/shipping location).

Custom/Presale Orders: For custom products, presale products, or orders with special note requirements, the processing time will be extended accordingly. Please be sure to check the clear instructions on the product details page for the specific processing time. Usually, processing and shipment will be completed within 7–14 working days after placing the order.

Peak Periods: During large-scale promotional activities (such as Double Eleven, local holidays in Hong Kong) or force majeure factors (such as bad weather), the order processing time may be slightly extended. We will try our best to inform you of possible delays through website announcements or order confirmation emails.

 Important Notes:

(1) Order processing time starts from the next working day after successful payment and fund clearing. For example, an order placed on Friday afternoon will have its processing time calculated from the following Monday.

(2)Please ensure that your delivery address information is complete and accurate when placing an order. Incorrect or unclear addresses may lead to processing delays or the return of the package.

(3) We will conduct regular reviews of orders to prevent fraud risks. In rare cases, additional time may be required for verification, and we will contact you via email.

 2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Based on product characteristics, destination, timeliness requirements, and cost-effectiveness, we provide you with multiple shipping method options (or use a certain method by default):

(1) Economy Postal Parcel:

Features: Most cost-effective, suitable for small, light, and nonurgent goods.

Carriers: Hong Kong Post Ordinary Mail/Registered Parcel, or postal services of specific countries.

 Applicable Regions: Most countries/regions worldwide.

Tracking Service: A tracking number is provided, but tracking information for the domestic segment in some countries may be limited.

 (2) International Express:

Features: Fastest speed, stable timeliness, reliable service, suitable for urgent or high-value goods.

 Carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS.

 Applicable Regions: Widely covered worldwide.

Tracking Service: Provides detailed, real-time tracking throughout the entire process.

 How to Choose?

On the checkout page, you can usually choose the available shipping method according to your needs (timeliness, price) if multiple options are provided.

If there is only one default shipping method, we will clearly state it on the product page or in this policy.

 3. Transit Time and Delivery Time

Definition: Transit time (also known as transportation time) refers to the time required for a package to be delivered from us (Hong Kong) to the shipping address you provided after being handed over to the logistics carrier. Delivery time is the time when the package is successfully delivered.

 Estimated Range:

Please note that the following times are only estimated ranges based on historical data and are not guaranteed to be timely. The actual transit time is affected by various factors (see “Factors Affecting Timeliness” below).

Economy Postal Parcel: The estimated transit time is usually 15–45+ calendar days. Remote areas or situations, such as customs clearance and holidays, may take longer.

International Express: The estimated transit time is usually 3–10 calendar days (the specific transit time depends on the service level, such as DHL Express Worldwide usually takes 3–5 days).

 Total Estimated Delivery Time:

Total time = Order processing time + Transit time.

Example (Standard product + International Express): Order processing (1–3 working days) + Transit (3–10 calendar days) ≈ 4–13+ days. From the time of successful payment, the estimated delivery time is 4–13+ days (considering the conversion between working days and calendar days).

 4. Factors Affecting Timeliness

Please be aware that the following factors may cause the actual shipping or delivery time to exceed our estimated range, and these factors are usually beyond our direct control:

(1)Holidays: Important holidays in the shipping location (Hong Kong), transit location, and destination (such as Hong Kong Lunar New Year, Hong Kong National Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving in the destination country, etc.) will cause large-scale logistics delays.

(2) Customs Clearance: International packages need to go through customs inspection in the destination country. The customs clearance speed depends on the efficiency of customs work, whether documents are complete, whether taxes (tariffs/VAT) need to be paid, and the payment status, whether they are randomly inspected, etc. Customs clearance delays are a common uncertain factor in international transportation.

(3) Logistics Peak Periods: Global shopping peak seasons (such as the end-of-year holiday season) will cause congestion in all logistics channels and reduce processing speed.

(4)Weather and Natural Disasters: Bad weather (typhoons, snowstorms, floods) or natural disasters may lead to logistics disruptions such as flight cancellations and road blockages.
